Step 1:
Learn about St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School

Transitional Kindergarten-Junior High

We invite you to learn more about our school, curriculum and community. One of the best ways to explore our school is to explore our website, follow us on Facebook and Instagram or schedule a call with our Admissions Coordinator.

  • Introduce yourself via phone, email or website
  • Attend an Open House or set up a tour of our campus
  • TK/Kindergarten Parent Tours: This tour is for parents only. We will meet on campus and join our Principal for coffee and conversation. We will then tour the school and step into the classrooms. We will end the tour with some time with our Kindergarten teacher, to answer any questions you may have after seeing our campus.

  • TK/Kindergarten Open House: Please come explore the classroom with your child. At this event you will be able to meet the teacher and speak with our school Principal. Our admission Director will also be there to answer any questions about our TK/Kindergarten programs we offer at SVES!

    Schoolwide Open House is Sunday, Jan 28th from 10:30-12, please join us for mass at 9 o’clock at SVDP Catholic Church.

Step 2
Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be available on December 1st, 2023.

Priority acceptance (registration) for TK-8th Grade will be given to students who apply prior to December 31st and demonstrate readiness skills.

Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are available for transfer students. The link can be found below or by requesting a copy from our school office

Completed applications, birth certificate copies, and, for grades 1st-8th grade, copies of the last report card, may be delivered to the school office or submitted via email (info@svelem.org) or fax (707-762-6791).

Step 3:
Student Screening

All incoming students TK-8th grade will participate in a screening process in late February or early March. You will be contacted by our Admissions Coordinator to schedule a screening.

Acceptance

Step 4:
Welcome to St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School

Acceptance letters will be mailed approximately one week following the Student Screening. Once the acceptance decision has been made, families will be invited to meet with the Principal and formally register. Classroom positions are secured by the remittance of a registration fee, and students are ready to attend once their full registration packets (immunizations, tuition contract, etc.) have been completed.
